One recommendation

I'd make one small improvement to all of your policies before you publish them. Rather than calling the business "C-R Products", use your legal business name (whether that's your sole trader name or limited company name), and include:

  • Registered business name
  • Business address (or correspondence address if appropriate)
  • Contact email
  • Country of registration
  • VAT number (if registered)

That gives your policies a much more professional appearance and satisfies legal information requirements more effectively. I also think your Terms & Conditions could be strengthened with a few additional clauses specifically for magic products, such as prohibiting reverse engineering, copying, teaching, manufacturing, or exposing methods. Those are common in the magic industry and can provide extra protection for your intellectual property.
