These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Website errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Payment verification issues

Should payment already have been taken, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to cancel orders containing obvious pricing errors.

4. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party postal or courier services. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, adverse weather, industrial action or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an address supplied incorrectly during checkout.

5. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not included within our product prices or shipping costs.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges may incur return shipping costs, customs charges or handling fees, which may be deducted from any refund where applicable.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging where possible

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Lost Deliveries

If your parcel appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we may investigate with the courier.

Where tracking confirms successful delivery to the supplied address, responsibility for the parcel generally passes to the customer, and we cannot accept responsibility for theft or loss after delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the specialist nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind unless required by applicable consumer law.

Where a product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will repair, replace or provide another appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Customers should contact us before returning any item.

9. Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable content and streamed tutorial videos remain protected by copyright.

Where digital content has been supplied or access has been granted, refunds cannot generally be provided unless required by applicable law.

Returns & Replacement Policy

Due to the specialist nature of our products and the confidential methods they contain, all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and, where possible, the packaging. Once the damage or defect has been verified, we will replace the affected item at our expense, including the cost of shipping the replacement. We may ask that the damaged item be returned before a replacement is sent, depending on the nature of the issue.

We are committed to ensuring every customer receives a product that meets our quality standards and will work with you to resolve any genuine manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during transit as quickly as possible.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot legally be excluded.
